Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We use an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet each client’s specific needs, with a primary emphasis on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivation, stress relief skills, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused counseling.
Our therapists are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, which is used to treat trauma, distressing life experiences, depression, and anxiety. We also believe in providing a safe space within the LGBTQIA-affirming community.
Our strengths include working with various forms of traumatic experiences and helping clients break free from childhood traumas.
