Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We use an eclectic therapeutic approach in order to meet the client’s direct needs, but our primary therapeutic use is evidence-based practice skills to include cognitive- behavioral therapy, mindfulness/ motivation, stress relief skills, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused counseling. Our therapist are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. EMDR therapy is used to treat trauma, distressing life experiences, depression, and anxiety. We also believe in providing a safe space in the LGBTQIA affirming community.

Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, help you heal from your deep rooted pain, and give you the push that you need in order to move forward in your life. We promise to provide each client with a neutral safe space, to also listen to your concerns, and customize the best treatment plan that will meet your desired needs.
