How much does a therapy session cost?
The standard fee for a SELF PAY client is 30 minute session (timed 15-30 minutes) is $95.00 and the standard fee for a 45-55 (timed 38-60 minutes) minute session is $130.00. Payment is due at the time of each session in the form of credit card through a HIPPA compliant portal or a bank payment via Ivy Pay. This amount may differ if you are utilizing insurance or EAP benefits.
How long is a therapy session?
An intake session, which is the first session, lasts for approximately 50-60 minutes. Follow-up sessions last approximately 45-55 minutes. Times may vary with use of EAP or insurance benefits.
How often is it recommended to attend therapy?
Research suggests that the best results are experienced when committing to therapy on a consistent basis. Because of this, it is recommended that therapy is attended on a weekly or biweekly basis until therapeutic goals are met. This will be discussed on a case by case basis at the end of each appointment.
Do you offer virtual and in-person services?
At this time, all therapy sessions will be conducted virtually. We understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why we offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with our licensed therapists from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.

Do you offer couples or family counseling?
No, at this time I do not work with couples or families.

Do you offer therapy to minors?
Yes, but we currently have limited ability.
What state must I live in to receive services?
You must reside in Texas, Nevada or Florida to receive therapeutic services.
